I'm a product designer with ten years building tools for the businesses that use them and the people who depend on them. As the founding designer at my last two companies, I designed the systems that let engineering-led, client-driven teams scale without fragmenting, turning one-off requests into configurable patterns instead of permanent debt.

I led the end-to-end redesign of a single-payer clinical workspace into a scalable, multi-payer platform, defining the design strategy and architecture as the sole product designer. The redesign delivered on four signed insurer contracts, expanded coverage to 23M lives, and drove a 24-point NPS lift (64 → 88) across 6,000 enterprise users.

Redesigned a manual spreadsheet-based wellness incentive setup into a self-service admin tool (no backend/schema changes), delivering a 40% reduction in task time across 4 usability rounds, 6/6 clients onboarded with zero training, and 20 redundant fields eliminated via production data audit with engineering.
